I have a 5year 80 pound female weimaraner who I would like to buy a coat for size. .I am looking for suggestions on sizes and styles. She is able to get out of the velcro coats
She has no fur on her belly and it gets chapped so she needs a coat
My almost 80 pound Doberman wears a size Large.
I tried XL on him and he is too narrow for that size. Not sure if your dog is more filled out than mine or not.
I went to Petsmart bought the XL and then just brought it back and exchanged it for a Large. They were okay with that.

She has a built in fur one. Wish I did.

sorry couldn’t resist it "one that fits" take your dog to the shop and try them on, brought our lab one in an effort to get her to come out walking in bad weather, she refused to leave the house, her opinion remained that if you had a car why walk, apart from food, her fast movement was to the back door when she heard car keys. Think weimaraners are pretty dogs, love that blue grey coat, but I like dobermans too, black and tan, and greyhounds, brindles…well love dogs in general, cant say I’m too fond of pugs, poodles and pekinese though.

Probably a medium. You are lucky that your dog can wear clothes! My dog (beagle/lab) can’t even fit into a X-LARGE- its way too tight! And my other dog (sheperd cross) can’t either! My shepherd cross is only like 80-90 some pounds and my beagle/lab is only like 70-80 some pounds!
